General Information:
A survey package was developed for a "Council" to allow the design, entry and analyses of Surveys and Survey Data.
Questionaires can be designed and printed as blanks.
Results can be entered into the system after performning the survey and several lists, statistics and graphs can be printed from the results.
Because different users have different needs for their surveys, the program is highly customizable. Some features can be configured by the end user, many other options need to be parameterized into the program.
All results are stored in a protected database to fullfill the requirements of privacy policies.
Access by personnel can be set at different levels, so the anonimity of surveyed people is safeguarded.
Obviously the need to record name/address information does not exist and is also not wanted in many cases.
